Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how Motoryst users, including users who sign in with Facebook, can request deletion of personal data associated with their Motoryst account.

If you can access your Motoryst account, sign in and go to your profile. Use the delete account option to request removal of your account and associated customer profile data.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email James@motoryst.co.uk with the email address used for your Motoryst account and state that you want your account data deleted.
Facebook Login users
If you used Facebook Login, we use Facebook account information only to help create or access your Motoryst account. You can request deletion using either method on this page.
What deletion covers
- Account profile and contact details associated with your Motoryst account.
- Vehicle records, reminders, and uploaded account content where deletion is legally permitted.
- External login identifiers associated with your Motoryst account.
Timing and retained records
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
